Executive Chef – Rachel LeGloahec

A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Chef LeGloahec has worked in some of the finest Three Michelin Star grade restaurants in the country; including Robuchon, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Relais & Chateaux White Barn.

Born and raised in Lisbon Falls, ME, her culinary journey and accolades provide Boteco with the perfect framework for the development of simple dishes with sophisticated flavors and presentations.
