Spring officially begins with the Spring Equinox on Tuesday, March 20th, 2018.

To celebrate, Boteco will feature a 3-course Tasting Menu inspired by Organic Proven├žal dishes made from hand picked vegetables, Jidori Chicken from California and a unique wine pairing featuring wines from the French Proven├žal and Burgundy Wine Regions.
